I recently had the pleasure of working with Windows Exteriors for window replacement and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.What stood out the most was their incredible customer service. They took the time to carefully inspect the issues and explain every option available to me. During the process, they realized that the problem might actually be covered under an existing product warranty. Instead of replacing my windows, they explained the warranty repair needed and helped guide me through the process with the prior homeowner's window company.Thanks to their honesty and effort, I ended up saving a significant amount of money. It would have been easy for them to simply charge for the repair and install new windows, but they chose integrity and customer care instead. That level of honesty is rare and deserves recognition.They were punctual, professional, and respectful of my home, and the communication throughout the entire process was clear and responsive. Excellent workmanship and fantastic communication.

They made buying windows very easy. From the start, Greg made the experience comfortable. The windows were the most affordable of the 3 quotes I received. When the windows came in, Trent made it very easy to schedule. The guys were respectful and very fast. Ryan came by the next day to pick up the check and went over the how everything worked. He was very professional. Would definitely recommend!!!

Todd was pleasant and very professional. He provided insight & knowledge into the best way to handle our carriage house sunporch! Trent did the installation of the windows and door- he was great! Timely work - cleaned up well after work was completed, and made sure we understood everything involved in the product and how to use it. We will definitely contact Todd again for any further work, and highly recommend his company!

This was a totally professional experience as both their project manager and installation team exceeded expectations. The door itself is high quality and adds a positive prospective upon entering our unit. Their pre and post installation communications were great. Totally positive experience.

I needed to replace an 8’ sliding door and was having trouble finding a company to do the work. The ones I talked to would order the door, but could not install it, so I would have to deal with a supplier and an installer. These companies are also used to working with installers, so I wasn’t getting a lot of help. Todd and the Windows Exterior team take care of everything. He found the door I needed and gave me a price for everything including installation. It was so much easier than what the competitors want you to do. Very pleased with the product and installation. I highly recommend them.
