This was a totally professional experience as both their project manager and installation team exceeded expectations. The door itself is high quality and adds a positive prospective upon entering our unit. Their pre and post installation communications were great. Totally positive experience.

I needed to replace an 8’ sliding door and was having trouble finding a company to do the work. The ones I talked to would order the door, but could not install it, so I would have to deal with a supplier and an installer. These companies are also used to working with installers, so I wasn’t getting a lot of help. Todd and the Windows Exterior team take care of everything. He found the door I needed and gave me a price for everything including installation. It was so much easier than what the competitors want you to do. Very pleased with the product and installation. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish Windows Exteriors exceeded our expectations. Greg was very pleasant up front and worked through our numerous design changes to get things just right, never pushy and always informative. Quoted lead time & install time were accurate. Trent and his crew went above and beyond during the installation, taking their time and ensuring all windows and doors were installed with care and precision. They look fantastic, down to aluminum cap work and caulk. Crew was respectful of our space and tidied up after each day of work. I submitted a request on the Windows Exteriors’ website to have someone contact me about replacement windows for our home after reading all of the positive reviews about Todd and his company. Todd sent me an email saying they do not currently service the Hilton Head area, but left his cell number to call if he could help. I then called Todd and he was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and guidance on potential providers who service this geography and we discussed the building requirements in this geography and various products. He did not rush the conversation and was genuinely interested in helping me. He said I was welcome to call him back with any further questions. I did call him back and once again he responded to my voicemail very timely. I asked Todd if he would consider replacing our windows even though HHI is “outside” of their geography, and he said yes. He truly wanted to help, and he knew I wanted the ProVia product and a conscientious and highly skilled team to do the work. That is exactly what was delivered. Trent and his team were outstanding! We are very pleased with the results. Thank you Todd, Trent and the entire team!

We are in the process of updating our home in stages and went with Windows Exteriors, LLC for our windows. We were very pleased with them from beginning to end. Greg was informative and explained their products thoroughly. We knew exactly what we were getting. He gave us the timeframe of the delivery and install and it was accurate. Trent and his crew worked fast and extremely efficiently with little to no inconvenience to us and our routine. They did not make or leave a mess and double checked their work. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them!

Windows Exteriors made replacing all the windows in our house a wonderful experience! From the first meeting, with Greg, to the install -the guys were knowledgeable about product and process -and I asked a lot of questions. It was important for us to get a local company who stand by their work. They use the same install guys so they know who is working on your windows and Trent and the guys were fantastic. So if you are looking for a good company to do your windows, I highly recommend Windows Exteriors!

My husband and I had a positive experience with Windows Exteriors. The initial meeting with Greg was very helpful and left us feeling this is the type of business we want to work with. Our new front door is beautiful. Thank you to Trent and team for the expert installation, attention to detail, and cleaning up so thoroughly. We highly recommend Windows Exteriors!

The team has been fantastic. Greg was our intital point of contact for the quote and measurements and he was professional and not pushy. He let the work speak for itself and it did. I got quotes from 6 companies and he was one of two that put no pressure on me. He gave me time to discuss with my husband and make my pro con lists. Windows are a big financial decision and most of the other companies we got quotes from used pushy sales tactics and tried to make me rush. We picked them because of the price and the warranty. They weren't the absolute cheapest but they were close. And we felt the great warranty held a lot of additional value. It took about 2.5 months to get the windows but that was over the holidays and the snow storm. Trent and his team (Anton and Sergei) were fantastic installing. Two of the windows had some manufacturing flaw but Trent came back out and addressed it and is ordering new sachets immediately. The communication has been really good and everyone we spoke with was great! I definitely recommend them!

This is who you want to redo your windows! Simple as that. Window exteriors replaced our wood windows with wood clad windows and did a perfect job at it. Todd the owner was very helpful and straightforward with cost and timelines. Greg was always there to answer my questions and was very helpful in coordinating the design we wanted. Trent and his crew could not have been better. Every window was done perfectly, they cleaned up and vacuumed after installation. They did about 11 windows in a day seamlessly. Use this company, they are honest, trustworthy, detailed, well priced and do amazing work!
